ADV hexon peptide KPYSGTAYNAL (HLA-B*0702)

Single peptide synthesized as presented by the MHC class I allele
Content
ADV hexon peptide KPYSGTAYNAL (HLA-B*0702) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from adenovirus (ADV) hexon protein is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-B*0702 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
