CMV pp65 peptide QYDPVAALFL (HLA-A*2402) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human cytomegalovirus (CMV) phosphoprotein (pp65) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-A*2402 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
