CD3 Isolation Kit for FABian®, mouse

The kit is used for the selection of CD3+ T cells from mouse spleen in conjunction with the FABian® system. It includes CD3 Fab-Strep (mouse), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe. Each kit is sufficient for one FABian® run to isolate up to 6x10^7 target cells.
