HIV p24-Gag peptide KAFSPEVIPMF (HLA-B*5701)
Single peptide synthesized as presented by the MHC class I allele<br>
HIV p24-Gag peptide KAFSPEVIPMF (HLA-B*5701) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) p24 group-specific antigen (Gag) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-B*5701 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
