LCMV gp33 peptide KAVYNFATM (H-2 Db)
Single peptide synthesized as presented by the MHC class I allele
LCMV gp33 peptide KAVYNFATM (H-2 Db) is a single peptide for stimulation of T cells. The peptide from lymphocytic choreomeningitis virus (LCMV) glycoprotein 33 (gp33) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I H-2 Db allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
