Promotion period
The promotion runs from 4 November 2026, 10:00 CET, until 11 December 2026, 17:00 CET. Only orders placed within this period are eligible. Orders placed before the start of the promotion cannot be adjusted retroactively.

The promotion is valid while stocks last. If stock levels of eligible products are no longer sufficient to fulfil promotional orders, IBA Lifesciences reserves the right to end the promotion early. IBA Lifesciences also reserves the right to end the promotion early for important reasons, such as technical errors or misuse. Orders placed before the promotion ends will be honored under the promotion conditions.

Geographic scope
This promotion is valid only for customers based in Europe, including the United Kingdom. Both the billing address and the delivery address must be located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

How it works
No code is needed. The discount is applied automatically when eligible products are added to the shopping cart in the IBA Lifesciences online shop. The promotion also applies to orders placed via quotes issued by IBA Lifesciences’ sales team, provided the order is placed within the promotion period. Quotes issued before 2 November 2026 do not qualify.

The discount applies to orders of 3 or more eligible items. Each unit counts as one item, so products can be different or identical (e.g. 3 units of the same product qualify). All items must be purchased in a single order and shipped to the same address. The free items are the eligible items with the lowest unit price in the order. The discount is calculated as follows:

The maximum number of free items per order is 3. There is no minimum order value.

Excluded products
The promotion applies to all products in the IBA Lifesciences Shop except the following:

Excluded products do not count toward the required number of items and cannot be selected as free items.

Eligibility
Distributors, resellers, and IBA Lifesciences employees are excluded from this promotion. Customers who already receive special pricing conditions, individually negotiated prices, or bulk/volume pricing agreements are also excluded; their existing agreements remain in effect.

Further conditions
This promotion cannot be combined with other active promotions or discounts. Shipping costs are not discounted. No cash alternative will be offered. If IBA Lifesciences splits an order into several shipments due to availability, the discount remains valid.
