WET FRED Set
Application aid for large volumes of lysates or culture supernatants
WET FRED enables the application of large cell culture supernatant or lysate volumes to a Strep-Tactin® or Strep-Tactin®XT gravity flow column in a simple way. Based on the siphon principle, it connects the gravity flow column with the bottle containing culture supernatant, lysate, or buffer that are to be applied.
