HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order online in our webshop, call or send a fax or an e-mail to our sales support.
WHICH INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ORDER?
Regardless of how you place your order (online, e-mail, fax, phone), we will need your billing and shipping address, your phone number and the products with quantities you would like to order.
I CAN'T LOG IN TO MYIBA. WHAT CAN I DO?

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs depend on the product shipping conditions (e. g. dry ice) and shipping destination.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We accept credit cards and electronic transfers.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged after you have fill out our credit card form online. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance regarding credit card transactions.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?
Once you have placed your order in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation and your final charges and pricing via e-mail. If you don't receive the e-mail, please check your spam or trash folder first and if still necessary, please contact our order support.
HOW CAN I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Promotional codes can be added in the comment field with the last step of online order processing. If you order via fax or e-mail, please add the promotional code in to your order.
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If a product is not available in our webshop, you can contact our order support via e-mail to inquire future stock availability and quantities.
